Now it's time to learn from a new type of lesson. This one you get to explore and learn how to do on your own. It is called a "WebQuest." A WebQuest is an inquiry based project that uses the web as a sourse of knowledge, a lesson that guides you through the Internet to learn things without just Googling. Now that you have had a chance to look at this WebQuest we are going to do it. As we are into the holiday season and everyone is eating tons and no one wants to exercise because it is so cold outside, this WebQuest will help get you ready for our Healthy Hearts Fun Run this coming Valentine's Day.
